Redesigning Bad Logos

To challenge myself, I took three logos that many people had issues with and tried to redesign them to see if I could fix them. The first logo was meant for a tutoring service for children. The complaints with the logo were that it looked unprofessional and the face in the O looked bored. Overall people said the logo was boring and didn’t make them want to call this place for tutoring. I did two different designs for this logo. The first one is meant to attract the attention of kids looking for tutoring and the second one has a more professional look to attract parents.The second logo is for a Cat Wear, a clothing store. The biggest complaint was that it seemed unprofessional and inappropriate for the cat’s butthole to be the A. What I did was try to keep the sketchy style of the logo and incorporate the cat by having it stretch over the text rather than being a part of it. The last logo is for a sushi restraint. Getting rid of the black line fixed it quite a bit.
